YARN STORAGE

We carefully store our raw materials to maintain uniform product quality and control price fluctuations. This ensures consistent colouring across large production batches, helping us deliver a superior and uniform product.

ECO-FRIENDLY DYEING

We use GOTS and Oeko- Tex 100 certified processing units to dye our yarns, fabrics, and handle all types of printing. This guarantees that our coloring process is safe for both the environment and the end user, meeting the highest international safety standards.

PRECISION KNITTING

Our fully-fashioned knitting machines, imported from Germany, allow us to meet emerging trends with rapid turnaround times and impeccable quality. We offer a variety of knitting gauge machines, enabling us to deliver diverse styles to our customers with precision and efficiency.

CUTTING & STITCHING

Our experienced workers, equipped with modern machinery, are capable of handling intricate designs and patterns. From cutting to stitching, we transform fabric into a finished product using advanced techniques, ensuring quality at every step.

QUALITY CHECKING & PRESSING

Each garment undergoes a thorough inspection to meet both stated and implied customer needs. Our steaming process ensures garments are packed in pristine condition, ready to shipment.

FINAL INSPECTION

Our quality control team follows strict inspection protocols, checking all quality parameters before shipment. We also conduct online inspections throughout the production process, ensuring zerodefect tolerance.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Finished goods are packed according to customer specifications, including ratios and assortments. We ensure the products are free from mold and contamination, with careful attention to presentation for a polished final product.

EFFICIENT LOGISTICS
